
PLEASE NOTE: All new clients must book an introductory call before commencing sessions. Future booking links will be provided for returning clients. In-person appointments are only available on a Saturday at 1/22 James St Yeppoon. All other weekly appointments are online and will appear as such in the booking link. Appointment times are displayed in Australian Eastern Standard Time, Brisbane QLD. If you are making an Online appointment, please be aware of time zone differences, and adjust the time zone setting accordingly.
If you are unable to attend during normal business hours, are experiencing a crisis and would like to schedule an Out of Hours appointment for Evenings, Weekends or Public Holidays, please contact Kelly to make a request.

Bookings and Payments
– All online services must be purchased prior to the appointment to lock in the booking.
– Once you have locked in your session, confirmation receipts and address, or video conferencing details will automatically be sent to you.
– Please ensure all new client intake information is filled and returned to Kelly prior to your initial appointment. Sessions will not commence until this requirement is met. Alternatively, for in-person appointments please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your paperwork prior to your first session.
Cancellation Policy and Service Refunds
I understand that schedules may change and sometimes you simply cannot make it in for your session. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment but kindly give more than 24hours notice. After this time you cannot amend your appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment you must do so with more than 24hours notice. Refunds will not be given after this time.
Bookings that are made within 24hours of your appointment time are not eligible for cancellation refund.
– Refunds will not be given if you need to cancel a rescheduled appointment.
– Those who fail to show up to their appointment are not entitled to a refund.
– Refunds will not be given when purchasing a package. The purchase of a package is commitment to your healing journey, therefore requires you to show up as consistently as possible. Kelly will not be held responsible if you change your mind. If you are unsure about this level of commitment, please book a introductory call so I can assess your needs, and we can work together to best support your capacity.
– Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed.
– Services are non-transferable
